Sid is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, holds a Masters degree in Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from VESIT – Mumbai University. Prior to joining ServiceChannel, Sid was the Director of Engineering and Facilities at Steve & Barrys.
