Millennials by The Numbers – The Millennials you think you have and the millennials you need.

Millennials are now the largest living generation. By 2020 they will be 50% of the workforce, it’s more important than ever to have an understanding of this unique generation’s mindset and approach to supply chain & procurement, how to attract them, how to motivate them and what they are looking for in a role & company. Hear fellow ISM 7-Counties member and ISM’s youngest president in their history, Nick Ammaturo share his insights and suggestions on how to create powerful working relationships with this group.

SIB Fixed Cost Reduction

SIB has been successful helping find savings and refunds upwards of 30% on clients’ monthly expenses such as utilities, waste removal, telecom, cable and satellite TV, credit card processing, janitorial service, property tax and workers compensation insurance. SIB’s process is straightforward; they look for billing errors, contract compliance, and utility tariff errors. They make sure your company’s rates are the lowest possible for your classification of business and obtain refunds due based on our findings. SIB implements savings with its client’s existing vendors. No vendor changes needed. Unlike other consulting firms, SIB’s innovative business model allows them to bill based only on a percentage of the savings they find and only after clients see the savings. If no savings are found no invoice is issued. Backed by a powerful network of highly qualified professional analysts and auditors, SIB conducts a short situational assessment, SIB can determine which services are high priorities and critical to the operation of your business.
